EIFFAGE changes partner for its liquidity contract
On January 31, 2025, EIFFAGE terminated its liquidity contract with Natixis Oddo BHF, active since December 2012. At the end of this contract, the liquidity account included 164,845 Eiffage shares and 4,419,529 euros. For comparison, as of December 31, 2024, the account held 183,744 shares and 2,747,442 euros. At the launch in 2012, the account held 84,292 shares and 2,646,967 euros.
From February 3, 2025, EIFFAGE is setting up a new liquidity contract with BNP Financial Markets for a period of one year, automatically renewable. For this contract, the resources allocated are identical to those of the closing with Natixis Oddo BHF: 164,845 shares and 4,419,529 euros.
