Eiffage Ends Negotiations for Warnow Tunnel Acquisition
Eiffage has announced the conclusion of exclusive negotiations with Atlas Arteria concerning the potential acquisition of the Warnow Tunnel concession in Rostock, Germany. These negotiations commenced on 22nd June 2026, aiming at Eiffage acquiring 100% of the capital of the tunnel, contingent upon due diligence and documentation. However, by 3rd August 2026, the discussions ended without an agreement. The primary reason cited was the inability of the parties to reach mutually acceptable financial terms.
