Eiffage Enters Exclusive Negotiations with LOSC for Stadium Management Transfer
Eiffage has entered into exclusive negotiations with LOSC regarding the proposed sale of companies overseeing the Decathlon Arena - Stade Pierre-Mauroy and its auxiliary facilities. This agreement involves a complete transfer of management, operation, and maintenance responsibilities to LOSC, which has been the arena's home club since its creation.
In compliance with legal requirements, employees and representative bodies of the involved entities will be duly informed or consulted. The transaction's closure is contingent upon obtaining necessary legal and contractual approvals, with finalization projected for the first quarter of 2027.
