Eiffage, through its German subsidiary Salvia of Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, announced the acquisition of assets from Claus Heinemann Elektroanlagen. This company, based in Munich, specializes in electrical engineering and technical building services.

Established in 1902, Claus Heinemann Elektroanlagen employed 301 people. It has a solid reputation for planning, installing, and maintaining electrical systems for various clients. The acquisition secures all jobs and maintains the company's management team, ensuring business continuity in Munich.

The transaction awaits German competition authorities' approval, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2026. This move expands Salvia's presence in southern Germany and aligns with Eiffage's strategy to advance in energy services, supported by synergies with their recent acquisition of HTW Engineers.
