Eiffel Tower Company: New Developments in its Liquidity Contract
Société de la Tour Eiffel, a company specializing in corporate real estate asset management, has announced the termination of its liquidity contract with Gilbert Dupont. In place since 2015, this contract was closed with 12,371 shares and a cash balance of €43,808.59. Effective April 14, 2026, the company will entrust this responsibility to Invest Securities. This new contract, with a renewable one-year term, complies with AMF regulations and aims to improve the liquidity and regularity of the company's share prices. This change is taking place within the context of a public delisting offer by the SMABTP Group.
