Ekinops' 2025 Financial Report: Decline in Revenue and Growth Prospects
In 2025, Ekinops recorded revenue of €105 million, a decrease of 11% compared to the previous year. This decline is explained by lower sales in Optical Access and Transport, particularly in North America, despite a growing contribution from Software & Services. Software & Services now represent 25% of revenue, compared to 18% in 2024. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reached €15.8 million, indicating an increase in recurring revenue.
In France, sales declined by 8%, while internationally they fell by 13%. This was particularly true in North America, where the slowdown in investment impacted optical transport sales. Despite this challenging environment, the last quarter showed encouraging signs, with a rebound in demand for optical access and transport.
Looking ahead to 2026, Ekinops anticipates a return to growth, driven by innovations in AI and Cloud, and the launch of new products as part of its Bridge strategic plan.
