Ekinops General Meeting Report: Unanimous Approval of Resolutions

On May 22, 2025, Ekinops held its general meeting under the chairmanship of Didier Brédy, with the participation of the Statutory Auditors. Shareholders approved the 17 resolutions, including the statutory and consolidated financial statements for the 2024 financial year, as well as the renewals of several director mandates.
