Semi-annual review of the liquidity contract for Ekinops

On July 3, 2026, Ekinops, a company listed on Euronext Paris, published the balance sheet for its liquidity contract as of June 30, 2026, managed by Portzamparc. As of June 30, the liquidity account held 28,039 shares and a cash balance of €47,729.68. As of December 31, 2025, the account held 29,824 shares and a balance of €40,580.39. At the time of initial implementation, it held €100,000 in cash.

In the first half of 2026, transactions included the purchase of 245,426 shares for €585,638.27 and the sale of 247,211 shares for €592,787.56. An additional contribution of €150,000 was made on April 1, 2021.
