Ekinops unveils the C700HC multi-environment chassis

Ekinops, a player in the optical transport technology market, is launching its new C700HC chassis on December 9, 2025. This hybrid device combines the functionalities of traditional WDM systems and DCI platforms, suitable for both telecommunications exchanges and datacenters.

The C700HC offers a unified platform for disparate environments, making it easier for neo-scalers and data center providers to adapt. With increased capacity and improved energy efficiency, it promises savings on the total cost of ownership. Its design allows for a maximum throughput of 8 Tbps and optimizes power consumption to less than 0.2 watts per Gbps.

Its compatibility with various environments and its simplified management by the Celestis NMS facilitate the interconnection of networks to data centers, thus meeting current needs for cloud services and AI.
