Electric Metals Clarifies Details on Corcoran Canyon Property MOU
Vancouver-based Electric Metals (USA) Limited has clarified details regarding a recently announced memorandum of understanding (MOU) about its Corcoran Canyon silver-gold property in Nevada. The MOU, publicized by a third party, is non-binding and non-exclusive, allowing for termination at any time. Signed earlier this month, the MOU is preliminary and requires further negotiation before a definitive agreement can be reached.
No financial commitments are needed unless a binding agreement is executed. Electric Metals emphasizes that this MOU does not signal any material change in their current business operations. The company continues to focus on its U.S. projects, particularly the North Star Manganese Project in Minnesota aimed at aiding the electrification push in North America.
