Copper Royalties Boost Revenues for Electric Royalties

Electric Royalties Ltd. reports an upswing in copper royalty revenues, particularly stemming from the Punitaqui Copper Mine in Chile. Since acquiring the royalty in December 2024, the company has collected C$253,359, with expectations for further increases by year-end 2025. CEO Brendan Yurik highlighted increased production at Punitaqui as crucial to enhanced financial performance.

Progress is also evident at the Zonia Copper Project in Arizona. Edge Copper Corporation, the new operator, secured C$17 million to employ AI-driven exploration, aiming to expand resources and advance feasibility studies. This follows copper being listed as a critical mineral by the U.S., promising easier permitting and potential incentives.

Furthermore, the Millennium Copper-Cobalt Project in Queensland initiated diamond drilling, targeting high-grade graphite adjacent to known resources. This move reinforces the project's position in a prosperous mining district, aiming for further exploration and resource conversion.
