Correction regarding the voting rights and capital of the company Electricity and Water of Madagascar
On November 5, 2025, the company Électricité et Eaux de Madagascar published a corrective notice relating to the total number of shares and voting rights as of October 31, 2025. This press release follows article 223-16 of the general regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.
As of October 31, 2025, the share capital consisted of 5,738,299 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 6,433,945, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 4,613,945. This latter figure stems from a court decision issued on May 28, 2025, by the Paris Court of Appeal, suspending the voting rights of certain shares for five years.
This notice is in line with the transparency required by the market, listed under ISIN code FR0000035719 VI on Euronext Paris.
