Elis Ends Liquidity Contract with Oddo BHF
On January 16, 2026, Elis announced the termination of its liquidity contract with Oddo BHF, initially established on December 1, 2023. The contract had been suspended since January 9, 2026, and officially ended on January 14, 2026, as part of the company’s share buyback program. At the time of termination, the liquidity account held 115,913 shares and €3,197,794.
From January 1 to January 8, 2026, Elis conducted transactions involving 48,667 shares purchased for €1,174,141 and 64,304 shares sold for €1,562,380. This termination follows significant trading activity in the second half of 2025, where 1,605,147 shares were bought for €38,909,016, and 1,522,364 shares were sold for €36,977,694.
Initially, when the contract commenced with Oddo BHF on January 2, 2024, the liquidity account started with 63,192 shares and €3,700,000.
