Crossing Thresholds: Reduction in Bpifrance’s Stake in ELIS
On June 6, 2025, Bpifrance Investissement announced that it had reduced its stake in the capital and voting rights of ELIS. This announcement follows a share sale completed on June 3, 2025. Bpifrance Investissement, through the company LAC I SLP, which it manages, now holds 5,846,738 ELIS shares, representing 11,693,476 voting rights. This transaction reduces their share to 2.47% of the capital and 4.24% of the voting rights.
The decline in Bpifrance's stake is significant, crossing the regulatory thresholds of 5% for capital and voting rights. This change is the result of a transaction carried out outside the traditional market.
