Elis Capital Markets Day 2025: Growth prospects for the global leader in circular services
On May 27, 2025, Elis, the global leader in circular rental and maintenance solutions, announced its strategic priorities at its Capital Markets Day in London. Xavier Martiré, Chairman of the Executive Board, highlighted a resilient business model after a decade of development, spanning 31 countries.
The group is targeting revenue growth of 5% to 6% per year and an EBITDA margin improvement of 20 basis points per year. The objectives also include cumulative free cash flow of €1.5 billion by 2028.
Elis is implementing a four-pillar strategy: responsible services, industrial excellence, position consolidation, and geographic expansion. These initiatives are supported by favorable market trends such as increased hygiene and sustainability.
