Elis: Transactions on own shares from June 16 to 20, 2025
Elis SA carried out share transactions between June 16 and 20, 2025, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/1052 on share buybacks. These transactions are part of a buyback program approved by the general meeting of shareholders on May 22, 2025. The purchased shares are intended to cover performance share plans and to fund the Elis for All 2025 employee share ownership plan. Any surplus will be canceled according to the decision of the general meeting.
During this period, Elis acquired a total of 136,960 shares at an average price of €23.5489. Transactions took place mainly on the XPAR and DXE markets.
