Emeis Announces Board of Directors Changes
On April 7, 2026, emeis's Board of Directors proposed changes for the company's upcoming General Meeting on June 23. Laurent Guillot's term as director and CEO is set for renewal. The Board commended Guillot for his transformative work at the company, emphasizing his dedication to addressing ageing population and mental health challenges.
Guillaume Pepy, Chairman since 2022, will not seek renewal, opting for other professional pursuits. The Board will propose Olivier Dussopt as his successor.
