EMS Group: 2026 Half-Year Results

EMS Group, a specialist in medical imaging systems, announced a 22% increase in its EBITDA, reaching €2.9 million, with a margin of 13% in the first half of 2026. Revenue declined by 6%, settling at €22.1 million. This decrease is attributable to a 9% drop in Radiology, despite sales growth in Bone Densitometry (+6%).

EMS Group's operational efficiency efforts contributed to this increased EBITDA, with reductions in personnel and external expenses of 9% and 6% respectively. Net income thus reached €1.1 million, slightly higher than the 2025 forecast.

As of June 30, 2026, available cash was €3.1 million compared to €4.9 million at the end of 2025. Net debt reached €12.6 million, increased compared to December 2025. Despite market challenges, EMS Group maintains its trajectory of profitability improvement, with a focus on R&D.
