Energiekontor AG Postpones Annual General Meeting
Bremen-based Energiekontor AG has announced a rescheduling of its Annual General Meeting (AGM). Originally slated for May 28, 2025, the meeting will now take place on July 2, 2025, in Ritterhude, Germany. This adjustment stems from a formal error related to the 2024 financial statements preparation, necessitating revised reports and approvals.
Despite the need for reissuance of the financial statements, the figures remain unchanged, including the dividend proposal and growth strategies. A new unqualified audit report was issued on April 25, 2025, supporting these documents.
To maintain orderliness at the AGM, Energiekontor plans to publish the meeting notice by mid-May 2025. The company assures that apart from the AGM, all other financial calendar dates for 2025 remain intact.
