ENERGISME announces its General Meeting for June 16, 2025
ENERGISME has published a notice of meeting for its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for Monday, June 16, 2025, at 2 p.m., at the Novotel Pont de Sèvres in Sèvres. The necessary documents are available on the company's website, under the "General Meetings" section of the "Investors" section.
To participate, each shareholder must prove their eligibility by registering their shares in their account before June 12, 2025. They can choose to attend the meeting, vote by proxy, by mail, or via the secure VOTACCESS website. Electronic voting is open from May 26 to June 15, 2025.
Shareholders can submit their questions in writing before June 12. ENERGISME, listed on Euronext Growth, has continued to support companies in energy management and optimization since 2004.
