Energisme announces a new strategic step
On June 6, 2025, Energisme, a specialist in energy analysis platforms, announced a new strategy to maximize value creation. The company created a subsidiary called ECO-Hub, specializing in energy performance optimization. This entity was already profitable in the first half of 2025. Energisme is seeking financial partners for ECO-Hub and Loamics, another subsidiary focused on health data.
Through these initiatives, Energisme hopes to reduce its financing needs while boosting the value of its subsidiaries. At the same time, the company is continuing its efforts to improve its cost structure and forecasts stable results for ECO-Hub, with positive EBITDA for 2025.
