ENERGISME: Results of the General Meeting of June 16, 2025

On June 16, 2025, ENERGISME held its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting in Boulogne-Billancourt. The required quorum of 20% was amply exceeded, with participation reaching 33.02%, or 679,895,328 shares. During this meeting, 22 resolutions were voted on, covering various aspects of the company's management and strategy. The ordinary resolutions were largely adopted, including the approval of the 2023 financial statements with 96.68% of votes in favor. Strategic decisions were also taken on an extraordinary basis, including delegations of authority to the Board for possible capital increases. In particular, resolution 19 concerning a capital increase for the company savings plan was approved by only 37.08%.
