ENGIE Announces Executive Committee Changes

ENGIE has announced key updates to its Group Executive Committee. Paulo Almirante will transition to Senior Advisor on July 15, 2026, after serving as Senior Executive Vice President for Renewable & Flex Power. Pedro Vasconcelos will succeed him as Executive Vice President of the same division from June 1, 2026, reporting to CEO Catherine MacGregor.

Rosaline Corinthien will join the committee as Executive Vice President for Power Networks on May 1, reporting to Cécile Prévieu. Almirante will continue to offer his expertise as a Senior Advisor, supporting various entities, including ENGIE Brasil Energia and UK Power Networks. Over his 15-year tenure at ENGIE, he has been pivotal in the company's transformation.

Vasconcelos brings nearly 20 years of international experience, having held senior positions at EDP. Corinthien, with over 25 years in the energy sector, will oversee power networks, a key area for ENGIE's energy transition strategy.
