ENGIE: Declaration of Shares and Voting Rights as of July 31, 2026

ENGIE announces the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital as of July 31, 2026. This declaration is made in accordance with Article L 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority.

The total number of shares comprising ENGIE's share capital is 2,542,427,868. After deducting treasury shares, this figure reaches 2,540,726,254. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, is 3,361,099,918. After deducting treasury shares, the number of exercisable voting rights is 3,359,398,304.

According to Article L. 225-123 of the Commercial Code, registered and fully paid-up shares, registered for at least two years in the name of the same beneficiary, benefit from double voting rights.
