ENGIE: Declaration of shares and voting rights as of March 31, 2025

ENGIE has released figures relating to the composition of its capital as of March 31, 2025. The total number of shares stands at 2,435,285,011. However, if treasury shares are deducted, this figure falls to 2,430,195,179.

Regarding voting rights, ENGIE indicates a theoretical number of 3,216,058,869 including treasury shares. However, the voting rights actually exercisable, after deduction of treasury shares, amount to 3,210,969,037. According to Article L. 225-123 of the French Commercial Code, certain shares may benefit from double voting rights after two years of continuous holding.
