ENGIE Declaration: Shares and Voting Rights as of May 31, 2026
ENGIE has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights for May 2026. The company's share capital consists of 2,542,427,868 shares. After deducting treasury shares, the share capital comprises 2,540,925,616 shares.
Regarding voting rights, the theoretical number, including treasury shares, amounts to 3,365,486,894. The number of exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is 3,373,984,642.
In accordance with current legislation, in particular Article L. 225-123 of the Commercial Code, registered and fully paid-up shares registered for at least two years benefit from double voting rights.
