ENGIE to Redeem Outstanding Notes in July 2025

ENGIE has announced the decision to redeem the remaining portion of its €500,000,000 Undated Non-Call 6 Years Deeply Subordinated Fixed Rate Resettable Notes. As of now, €193,200,000 of these notes are still outstanding. The redemption will occur on the Optional Redemption Date, set for 8 July 2025.

The company will exercise its optional redemption option according to the terms outlined in their 2019 Offering Memorandum. These notes will be redeemed for their principal amount, plus accrued interest from the latest Interest Payment Date until the Optional Redemption Date.

Accrued interest totals €1,625 for each €100,000 note, bringing the total redemption value to €101,625 per €100,000 note. Citibank, N.A., London Branch, will serve as the principal paying agent for this operation.
