ENGIE: Update of shares and voting rights as of November 30, 2025
ENGIE has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights as of November 30, 2025. In accordance with Article L 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority, this statement specifies the key figures of the company's capital.
The share capital consists of 2,435,285,011 shares. After deducting treasury shares, the number of shares remains at 2,431,937,675. The theoretical number of voting rights reaches 3,213,869,709, while the exercisable voting rights amount to 3,210,522,373.
This update illustrates ENGIE's transparency towards its investors, in compliance with regulations.
