ENGIE's Half-Year Liquidity Contract Report as of June 30, 2026
As of June 30, 2026, ENGIE's liquidity contract, managed by Rothschild Martin Maurel, shows 12,923 shares and a liquid balance of €50,143,987. This half-year report shows the results of liquidity activities for the first half of 2026.
During this period, a total of 6,880 buy transactions and 7,177 sell transactions were carried out. The number of securities traded amounted to 5,556,458 for purchases and 5,533,535 for sales, with respective amounts of €149,065,339.05 and €148,492,852.41.
Note that at the end of 2025, the liquidity account held no securities but had a balance of €50,318,859. Since July 1, 2026, Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions (Europe) SA has taken over the management of the contract, without any changes to its terms or mechanisms.
