Monthly declaration of ENGIE shares and voting rights as of August 31, 2025

ENGIE has communicated its balance sheet as of August 31, 2025, regarding the total number of shares and voting rights constituting its capital. The share capital consists of 2,435,285,011 shares. After deducting treasury shares, this figure amounts to 2,431,712,525 shares. These elements influence the theoretical number of voting rights, which reaches 3,209,466,427, without excluding shares held by ENGIE itself.

The number of voting rights that can be used, after subtracting treasury shares, is 3,205,893,941. The dual configuration of voting rights is applied in accordance with Article L. 225-123 of the French Commercial Code.
