Preparations for ENGIE's Combined General Meeting on April 29, 2026
ENGIE will hold its Combined General Meeting on April 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the ENGIE Campus in La Garenne-Colombes. Shareholders are invited to attend, with preparatory documents available in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The agenda and draft resolutions were published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on February 27, 2026.
Registered shareholders will receive their meeting notice directly. To obtain additional documents, they are asked to complete a form. Bearer shareholders are asked to contact their financial intermediary. All documents are also available on the ENGIE website.
