Engie: Update on the number of shares and voting rights in March 2026
Engie has published its monthly statement regarding the composition of its share capital as of March 3, 2026, in accordance with French regulations. The total number of shares comprising the share capital amounts to 2,542,427,868. After deducting treasury shares, this figure stands at 2,536,865,244.
Regarding voting rights, Engie has a theoretical total of 3,329,366,651, including treasury shares. The number of exercisable voting rights, after deducting these treasury shares, is 3,323,804,027. These figures are provided in accordance with the relevant articles of the French Commercial Code and the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
