Entech discloses total number of voting rights and shares

Entech has published information on the total number of its voting rights and shares, in accordance with Articles L.233-18 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des marchés financiers. As of July 31, 2025, Entech had 14,707,247 shares in its capital. The actual number of voting rights amounts to 24,544,298, after deduction of treasury shares. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, amounts to 24,562,676. This data provides transparency on the company's capital structure.
