On January 16, 2026, Entech announced a major contract in collaboration with Eiffage Énergie Systèmes. Together, they will build two energy storage plants in France, each with a capacity of 100 MW/200 MWh, for a total of 400 MWh.

These infrastructures will be connected to the 225 kV high-voltage electricity grid, managed by RTE. The project includes 15-year operation and maintenance contracts, with commissioning scheduled for the first half of 2027. This development supports the energy transition by strengthening the stability and resilience of the grid.

Entech CEO Christopher Franquet emphasizes that this contract strengthens their order book and contributes to the energy mix. The company aims for a turnover exceeding €300 million by 2029.
