Entech: Update on voting rights and shares
Entech has disclosed the figures relating to its voting rights and share capital in accordance with Articles L.233-18 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of September 30, 2026, the total number of shares comprising the company's share capital was 14,732,779.
The actual number of voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is 24,305,653. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, reaches 24,321,414, according to Article 223-11 paragraph 2 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.
