Entech: Information on voting rights and shares

Entech has published information on the total number of voting rights and shares, in accordance with Articles L.233-18 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of August 31, 2026, Entech's share capital comprises 14,732,779 shares. The actual number of voting rights is 24,304,209, while the theoretical number of voting rights is 24,321,414.

These figures take into account treasury shares held by the company. Treasury shares are included in the calculation of the theoretical number of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
