Entech has published information on its voting rights and shares, in accordance with Articles L.233-18 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) Regulations. As of February 28, 2026, the company has 14,732,779 shares forming its share capital.
The actual number of voting rights, after deducting treasury shares, amounts to 24,454,646. Including treasury shares, the theoretical number of voting rights is 24,470,641. These figures show the company's capital structure and its theoretical voting potential.
