Entero Therapeutics, Inc. has announced it will change its name to GridAI Technologies Corp., effective December 1, 2025. The rebranding follows the complete acquisition of GRID AI Corp. This strategic shift aligns with the company's focus on AI-driven solutions for energy management. Alongside the name change, the company will update its ticker symbol to "GRDX" on the Nasdaq Capital Market exchange.

According to Interim CEO Jason Sawyer, the change emphasizes GridAI's dedication to enhancing grid intelligence using AI and machine learning. The rebranding does not alter the company's legal structure or operations, and shareholders are not required to take any action.
