GeoVolt Power Corp. and Orovada Lithium Project Advancements

Eon Lithium Corp. has announced the acquisition of GeoVolt Power Corp. (GPC), owner of the Orovada Project, a significant lithium target in Nevada, USA. This acquisition is executed through a Share Exchange, as initially reported in April 2026. The Orovada Project is strategically positioned near the Thacker Pass Lithium Project, the largest lithium clay development in the US, and targets a lithium brine deposit.

GPC completed a ground program at Orovada, with Big Sky Geophysics conducting a Time Domain Electromagnetic Survey (TDEM). The survey aimed to detect conductors in the claim area, utilizing Electro Imaging Technology for a three-dimensional profile of drill targets. The results will contribute to a National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report, essential for the TSX Venture Exchange listing requirements.

The report will be completed by William Feyerabend, a Qualified Person under NI 43-101. GPC's audit for the past three fiscal years is also underway to finalize the share exchange.
