EPC Energetics & Defence was created by EPC Group.
EPC Group, listed on Euronext under the symbol EXPL, announces the creation of EPC Energetics & Defence, a new division dedicated to energy chemistry and defense. This initiative aims to strengthen the sovereign production of dual-use energy products in the Europe, Mediterranean, and Americas region.
The group, with 26 production sites and 66 storage facilities, possesses significant expertise in the manufacture and transport of explosive products. Since 2025, the acquisition of Pirobras has further enhanced its know-how in energy-related specialties. EPC Groupe is also involved in feasibility studies for dual explosives facilities.
From the third quarter of 2026, the results of this new activity will be published separately, illustrating the group's commitment to meeting the growing needs of the defense sector.
