EPC Groupe Sees 6% Revenue Increase in 2025

EPC Groupe (Euronext: EXPL) reported a 6% growth in consolidated revenue for FY 2025, reaching EUR 591.9 million. This growth is notable considering stable price conditions. However, regional performances varied. The Europe, Mediterranean, and Americas region showed a 10.2% revenue increase, largely driven by expanded activities in Canada, Morocco, and Southern Europe, including Italy and Spain. In contrast, the Africa Asia Pacific region experienced a 4.6% decrease due to reduced sales in Saudi Arabia and currency impacts from the US dollar decline.

Breaking down by segment, the Explosives & Drilling-Blasting saw a 4.5% rise, Urban Mining increased by 9.1%, and Global Technical Solutions (GTS) surged by 103.9%. Noteworthy contributions to growth include acquisitions of Blastcon Australia and Pirobras, boosting annual growth by 1.2 basis points despite adverse currency effects. The ongoing recovery in urban mining and the expansion of contract portfolios, particularly in Morocco and Canada, supported this growth trajectory.
