EPIC Suisse Expands with CHF 70 Million Share Offering

EPIC Suisse AG has completed a successful upsized share offering, raising CHF 70 million in gross proceeds. Originally targeting CHF 60 million, the increased demand led to the issuance of 875,000 new shares at CHF 80.00 per share through an accelerated bookbuild. This move supports the company's strategy to expand its high-quality property portfolio.

The net proceeds from this offering are earmarked for ongoing and planned real estate developments and acquisitions, as well as reinforcing the balance sheet. The company aims to use this capital to maintain its disciplined expansion approach and manage general corporate needs.

As a result, EPIC Suisse's share capital will rise to CHF 448,203.04, divided into 11,205,076 registered shares. The new shares are expected to be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange starting around December 8, 2025.
