Eramet Announces Departure of CEO Paulo Castellari and Financial Terms
On February 1, 2026, Eramet's Board of Directors decided on the departure of CEO Paulo Castellari. This decision was taken following guidelines from the Afep-Medef corporate governance code. The terms of his departure align with the compensation policy approved by the company's General Shareholders' Meeting on May 26, 2025.
For the fiscal year 2026, Castellari is entitled to a fixed remuneration of 66,666.6 euros, corresponding to his prorated gross salary until his departure. Regarding the fiscal year 2025, any short-term variable remuneration will depend on Eramet's 2025 financial performance and will require approval in May 2026.
Castellari will not receive any variable remuneration for 2026. The performance shares granted in 2025 lapsed as he no longer meets the presence condition. No severance or non-compete indemnities will be disbursed, aligning with the company's compensation policy.
