Eramet's reaction to recent press articles
On February 9, 2026, Eramet confirmed the establishment of a temporary organization to oversee its Finance Department. This decision follows the suspension of its Chief Financial Officer. The measure is unrelated to the recent departure of Paulo Castellari, the former CEO, who was dismissed due to disagreements with the Board of Directors.
The Chief Financial Officer, in his position since mid-September 2025, has been relieved of his duties to allow for the proper conduct of an independent investigation. This investigation was launched following reports of controversial management practices within his department.
Despite these events, Eramet maintains the publication date of its annual results for February 18, 2026.
