Paulo Castellari's Departure: Financial Terms Confirmed
On February 1, 2026, Eramet's Board of Directors officially confirmed the termination of Paulo Castellari's duties as Chief Executive Officer. The financial terms of his departure comply with the compensation policy approved in May 2025. For fiscal year 2026, his fixed compensation will be €66,666.60. Variable compensation for 2025 will be determined after review of the annual accounts, and its allocation will be subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting in May 2026. No variable compensation will be awarded for 2026. The performance shares previously granted to Castellari are cancelled, as the eligibility requirements are no longer met. He will not receive any severance or non-compete payments, but he will retain his supplementary pension rights.
