ERAMET: Update on voting rights and shares as of November 30, 2025
ERAMET SA, whose headquarters are located in Paris, has communicated information concerning the distribution of voting rights and shares as of November 30, 2025. According to the documents transmitted, the company's share capital consists of 28,755,047 shares.
The total number of theoretical voting rights is 49,382,979. However, only 49,136,578 voting rights are exercisable. This difference stems from shares deprived of voting rights, including treasury shares and liquidity contracts.
These statistics are part of the regulatory obligations set out in Article L. 223-8 II of the Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.
