Eriola Bibolli Appointed Chair of ProCredit Holding AG

ProCredit Holding AG announces the appointment of Eriola Bibolli as the new Chair of its Management Board, effective 1 March 2026. She succeeds Hubert Spechtenhauser, who retires after serving as Chair since November 2022. Bibolli has been with the group since 2001, starting at ProCredit Bank Kosovo, and has held various leadership roles, including Chief Risk Officer, showcasing her expertise in both retail and MSME banking.

Under Spechtenhauser's leadership, ProCredit saw strategic advancements, including a legal restructuring and a shift towards digital banking. Bibolli's appointment emphasizes the group's commitment to internal talent development and digital growth, aligning with its aim for digital and sustainable banking leadership in Eastern Europe by 2029.
