Ernst Russ AG Reports Financial Growth Amidst Challenges in H1 2025

On 28 August 2025, Ernst Russ AG announced its financial results for the first half of 2025, showcasing resilience amidst geopolitical tensions and trade conflicts. Revenue decreased by EUR 7.8 million from the previous year, totaling EUR 79.8 million. However, the company's EBIT, including vessel sales, increased significantly to EUR 55.6 million, up from EUR 36.5 million last year, driven by strategic portfolio optimization and successful vessel sales.

The consolidated result after tax was EUR 51.2 million, with EUR 16.3 million attributed to minority shareholders.
