Eskay Mining Corp. Updates 2026 Exploration Efforts
Eskay Mining Corp. has reported progress on its 2026 exploration activities, focusing on drilling, lab analysis, structural studies, and surface sampling. Currently, 3,638 meters of NQ drilling has been completed over nine diamond drill holes. Comprehensive compositional data from Eskay’s Stewart laboratory aids in planning further drilling activities.
The exploration has identified similarities between core samples from drill hole EM26-07 and those from the nearby Brucejack Gold Deposit. These findings suggest potential promising outcomes, pending assay results expected between October and December. Structural framework studies led by Dr. Brett Davis are assisting in prioritizing exploration targets.
CEO Mac Balkam expressed optimism about the Vermillion and Sultan targets, which show signs of prospective mineral deposits, aligning with known geological stratigraphy.
