Eskay Mining Expands High-Grade Gold Vein System

Eskay Mining Corp has announced significant progress in its exploration efforts at the Eskay Project, located in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia. The company's geological team has been actively prospecting and sampling across the Vermillion, TM, Red Lightning, and Big Red Zones around Unuk Finger Mountain. High-grade gold veins, first discovered in 2024, have now been noted to be more extensive than previously identified.

Among the 268 surface rock samples collected, notable findings include visible gold and electrum mineralization. Specifically, samples A0514497 and A0514398 have demonstrated the presence of gold within quartz manganese-carbonate veins. These discoveries highlight the potential of the newly identified sub-parallel vein zone in the Vermillion Zone. The assay results for these samples are currently pending.

The geological characteristics of the new quartz-sulfide veins show similarities with those at the Surebet gold project in the region. Eskay attributes part of this mineralization to an associated Eocene aged intrusion. Initial assay results from the Big Red and upper TM Zones are expected soon, with continued mapping and prospecting efforts underway.
